What an amazing first day of school at Salem Jr./Sr. High School. We have updated our arrival and departure process on the map below. You can also go to the Salem Central School Facebook page for it as well. We will have extra staff out there tomorrow morning to direct parents/guardians where to go.
What a beautiful evening for a Back to School potluck. A fun inaugural event that I hope will be a tradition. A special thanks to the PTA and the Courthouse for organizing the event. I hope this becomes a new tradition in Salem! @Ms_AdamsSWA #SalemPride

Hello Salem Families,
The schedules for jr./sr. high school students will be available early next week. We apologize for the delay in getting them out to you, but we have had a few last minute changes that have held the process up. We look forward to seeing the 7th grade class for orientation on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Schedules will be available by that time. We appreciate your patience and look forward to starting another great year at Salem Washington Academy.
We have 15 backpacks up for grabs donated by Hill and Markes. They will be distributed to the first 15 to contact Wendy Cary at wcary@salemcsd.org.
What a great night at the Salem FFA dinner. So proud of our students and recent grads! Stop by the FFA Farmland at the Washington County Fair and see them in action! #SWA #SalemPride #GoGenerals #EveryStudentFutureReady
