Dear SWA Parents and Guardians,
As you are aware, I sent out an all-call reminder last evening about our special meeting of the Board of Education along with an email. It has been brought to our attention that multiple calls were received during the night.
Please know that we find this completely unacceptable. We contacted our provider this morning to immediately address the problem. Our provider confirmed they ran into an issue with the system that caused errant calls. They resolved the issue early this morning and have confirmed through testing this will not happen further.
Thank you to those who brought this to our attention. I apologize for the disruption to your night and family routine.
