Parent Information Night to be Held for New Pre-Kindergarten Program

The Salem Central School District will host a parent information night on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 7:00 PM in the Primary Gymnasium.

At the meeting, we will share the basics on the academic program, structure of the school day, registration information, transportation plans, and other issues related to program.

The information meeting is intended for parents of Pre-K students who are eligible to attend the program in the fall. Children who turn four-years old before December 1st and are residents of the Salem Central School District are eligible to participate.

Parents with questions on the program are encouraged to call the elementary school at 854-9505 for more information.

These field hockey players completed a 7 week indoor spring league at Riley Rink in Manchester Vermont on May 1. They represented Salem with pride and played very competitively.  Great Job Ladies!!

This was an unusual winter in which we did not use any of the allotted snow days. As a result, there will be a give back of teaching days.

School will not be in session on:

Friday June 3rd.

Starting Monday, February 8th, the copy room entrance will be closed between 9:00am and 2:30pm daily. Please report to either the elementary or high school office entrances to enter the building. Thank you.
